It's mounted to the bottom of the crash bar, behind the grille, closer to the passenger side of the vehicle. It's pinned into an existing hole on the bottom of the crash bar using a plastic clip of sorts. The sensor actually gives me problems occasionally due to the sleeve of JnX1.
